Everything was amazing! Staff was always helpful, always answered questions. which was really sweet. In the street where hotel is - a lot of places to eat. Hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk to anything almost because it’s in the middle of cool places and attractions.

The 3 bedroom villa is spacious,nice and clean. Too many stairs make it difficult for elderly to mobilised,however the buggy services and the staffs were really accomodating.
The staff that handling our villa was really good and attentive. She help us to order new halal meal during breakfast buffet.
So many nice activities in the resort.

There's not enough space to describe this phenomenal place. Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a unique à la carte restaurant, free city tours, and a beautiful fireworks display outside the window every day. You can feel the atmosphere of Japan and Japanese perfection at every turn.

To sum it up: fantastic. We took spacious room overlooking the ocean with beautiful and big balcony, the bathroom, the bed everything is amazing. Hotel has the best beach on Phu Quoc, white sand with turquise sea, great bars and restaurants and property is well maintained with lots of greenery, palm trees, flowers etc.
The pools are amazing, hotel lobby and reception absolutely stunning. The staff is also great, polite and helpful. Room service was also very good(amazing burger), with this hotel you cannot be unhappy. Very close to Sunset town, Cable car and around 25mins to the center. Close by on the beach you can find cool beach bars and it is great for evening walk.

Great location in sunset town, very modern and stylish property, big apartment with 2 large rooms with great bathroom facilities. Lovely sitting area with large tv with Netflix and balcony. Rooftop pool is amazing, also providing great views for the nightly fireworks. The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Even gifted us a surprise birthday cake with candles and hat :)
