Family trip, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much. This hotel has a great selections of breakfast such as Xiamen famous buns and cakes , noodles and western breakfast breads ,pastries , cold salad etc . Food street and mall is just around the corner. Thank you for the surprise complimentary birthday cake and card for my teenager daughter , she is over the moon ! Location was fabulous, close walk to the city centre and the markets which were an experience. Very close to the ferries to the island if you can figure them out. Some speak good english, some cannot but eager to help. The location is good, right at the metro. The variety of breakfast is OK. They refill 2 bottles of water everyday. I am so pleased to have the clean and beautiful room with nice toys as well and it makes kids love the room at the first sight. The breakfast has got a wide range of choices and local yummy noddle fresh cooked. We also had the dinner there at one night. The food was great and the staff member (Li Hong Ying) was very nice and friendly and made our visit welcome and enjoyable. The club has nice food and drink. Don’t miss the afternoon tea, they have delicious cakes. Our first room smelled of smoke but on request they changed it. The rooms are clean and looks relatively new. The cleaning aunty by the name of 陈春梅 was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and with decent amount of selection. And the kids club was spacious enough and fun to play in. The hotel location was very near the beach if you like the sea, but it is not very near any eateries, though a 5-min taxi can bring to some shopping malls nearby.
