Everything was perfect! Charming lodge, bigger than expected & having the whole place for ourselves. Very clean, with fully equipped kitchen + spices, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, oatmeal, oil, etc. Very nicely decorated house with cozy fireplace. Quiet environment. The host Maria who lives in the main house next door, was very friendly and made us feel at home and gave us a great tip for magnificent canoeing in the nearby Bonneschere park.

Stunning cottage, peaceful location, and views were out of this world with the display of autumnal colours. Comfortable and well maintained cottage, and the seating area outside on the deck was lovely. We were lucky with the weather, so we managed to make use of the dock and the lake. The owners were very helpful and responsive to any queries we had.

I love traveling, but since I’m quite sensitive, I always look for very clean places — especially when staying outside my home. This place was truly special and unforgettable in my life. First of all, the host was very kind, and the surroundings were beautifully natural. A cute cat welcomed us when we arrived. There was even high-quality hardwood firewood prepared for a cozy campfire. Inside the house, everything was spotless — from the premium tea and clean kitchenware to the coffee pot. The bedding smelled nice and was very clean. I’m quite sensitive to small details, but everything here was perfect. The air was fresh, our privacy was well respected, and above all, it felt as comfortable as being back home. The house was cozy, and the barbecue grill was clean. I’d love to come back here regularly. The host just recently started this business, and I truly hope they’ll always be happy in their work. I also wish for many good guests to visit. We brought groceries from Toronto, but there’s a Foodland only about 8 minutes away by car where you can buy everything you need

Lake was beautiful, cottage lovely and all newly done up. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it all. The outside space was very nice, lots of places to sit and enjoy the view, fireplace, company.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Lakepoint Cottages Resort in Cottage #6. The cottage was fantastic—spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds, a spacious living room with a free-standing fireplace, and a beautiful view of the lake. The cottage also had a lovely porch overlooking the lake. For outdoor activities, we enjoyed the fire pit, picnic tables, and Muskoka chairs. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful sandy beach, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing getaway. One of the best features was the resort's convenient online store. Whether we needed snacks, firewood, or other essentials, we could order them with just a few clicks, and they were delivered right to our doorstep within minutes—a great added bonus! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!
