It is always rough to arrive late at night in a place and not know what to expect but they were the BEST! Even though my plane was three hours late they still had someone waiting for me at the airport but not only that, when I arrived they had give me a free upgrade to a suite! It just so happened to be on the Turquoise floor which is my favorite color so it was perfect. Extremely friendly staff, always making sure I had everything I needed. One even took me to a barber personally! They really went above and beyond. Thank you so much!

The location in the heart of Thamel is perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kathmandu!
