Giovanni is so friendly and well-coming, agreed for late check-out and met us quite late. The breakfast is very nice, with lots of fruits and berries included, we had delicious strawberry. Also eggs / ham /cheese/cereals/nuts/yogurt / pastries - great! The room was very clean and spacious. There is a kettle in the room. Also bought some cheese from the farm. Thank you very much for the attitude and comfort! We had a great stay!

The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a little slice of heaven. One of my favorite spots was the first-floor balcony with its cozy couches — the perfect place to relax with a book while listening to the birds. There was a small issue with the shower, but the host handled it with kindness and generosity. Upon checkout, we were given two complimentary bottles of wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for the warm and welcoming hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We traveled with small dog, so also local and sometimes also neigorhouse dogs welcomed us :) Multiple small towns within a walking distance.

Located just 26 km from Aprica, Agriturismo Cà Gianin offers accommodation in Vervio with access to a bar, a shared lounge, as well as a lift. The property is around 31 km from Bormio 2000 Cable Car, 39 km from Pontedilegno-Tonale and 39 km from Teleferica ENEL. The farm stay also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Everything. The room was spacious, the staff very kind.

The units have parquet floors and include a seating area with satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. A dishwasher, an oven and fridge are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the farm stay, every unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We were traveling with extended family and occupied both apartments situated on the ground floor (from the hill side) with its own antechamber. Both apartments have a balcony with stunning views of the village and the Alps. The Egger family lives upstairs and is very friendly and welcoming (they also include a free bottle of milk each morning). Both apartments were clean and warm and furnished with high quality wooden furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathrooms were impeccable. The whole house is built in traditional style but has been recently renovated (with central heating). The house is very spacious and so are the apartments - much bigger than they appear on the photos. The location is very good - relatively close to the Merano2000 and would recommend for skiing season HQ. Unfortunately, at the time of our visit, there was no snow, but if there was, snow sleds for kids were available in the yard as well as the very inviting slopes all around the house. There is also a grill and a large table and because the surroundings are also great for hiking, I'm sure the Obkirchhof property would meet the needs of summer visitors as well.

All units in the farm stay are equipped with a flat-screen TV with streaming services and with satellite channels. It was in such a pretty nature! Staff, dog and cats, food, the room, cleanliness, water pressure, sauna and Jacuzzi… everything was excellent:) Without a car, it is a bit far (20-30mins by walk)to the city center but it’s walkable and also the hotel kindly offered a shuttle ride twice a day. I would love to return to this hotel :)
