Everything is amazing at this place: the pool, the staff, the breakfast. It's like a small paradise, absolute silence at night, even with a full house, you barely notice other guests, the apartments are so well distributed. They are also equipped with everything, like plates, coffee machine, even ground coffee! No need for air conditioning - although there's one - the century old walls just keep you fresh all day. Both the garden and the rooms are beautifully decorated with historical machinery that gives your kid an interesting thing to see. We can only recommend this place for both families or couples. It's also pet friendly but if you don't bring them with you, there are cute dogs and cats who bring joy to the kids. The rooms are also tidied daily and are spotless.

I really enjoyed my stay at Le Fronde Vieste : warm welcome, smooth communication, availability and disponibility of the owners and teams! The accommodation was cosy, clean, well equipped and a small welcome pack was ready at our arrival. A lot of facilities are available : private terasse, piscine, workout elements... And the whole place is quiet and peaceful 😊 Definitely a place to come (and come back 😉), without hesitation!

Everything was over the top! Palma is super nice and available. We needed to do laundry and they took care of it. Vegan friendly (I have lactose intolerance and Palma made special things for me and brought oat/soya/almond milk and yogurts). We had the best breakfast, everything is homemade and delicious. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Great and clean pool. We had a perfect holiday!

This is a wonderful place for people (groups, friends or couples) who would enjoy visiting beautiful Puglia during the day and getting back to Grillaio for tranquil rest far away from crowds of people. The host, Lucy (sorry if I spell incorrectly) was very nice and helpful. She (together with her assistants) made for us amazing dinner, you can have a choice of great lockals (and very local) wines. Very affordable price. Great breakfast. We could choose as Lucy called it "salty" one. So it was for any tadte too. P.s. we stayed there only for 1 night, we moved to another Puglia location next night, and if we would know we would have booked Grillaio for longer. It is worth it. Definitely recommend it.

Convenient location for exploring Otranto (which is beautiful) and the southern Salento peninsula. Easy to find just off the freeway and with on-site parking. Comfortable and quiet room. Beautiful and relaxing pool area. Hope to return for a longer stay in the future 😊

Do yourself a favor and stop scrolling and book a stay here. It’s a wonderful place. The greeting by the three dogs was a great beginning to my stay. Paolo the owner is a very friendly, helpful, gracious host. He puts on a great breakfast; way more than the usual Italian coffee and pastry. The dinner he made for me was delicious and the setting only made it better. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool is a nice plus. If I’m ever back this way, I will not hesitate to book here again.
