It’s fantastically located in a forrest apart from the more busy main beach, and then our villa was even further hidden in the jungle - a true gem. The breakfast buffet is large and of very high quality. Same goes for the dinner. The most outstanding is the staff; super friendly and warmly welcoming. However for a five star hotel the bathroom was not up to standard. Main issue I have is the hotel is a 30 minute taxi ride to town. Prices in the hotel restaurants are 30% more expensive than in the town centre restaurants or other 5 star hotels I stayed in over a 6 week tour of south east Asia. Quality of the food is ok but not five star quality and not worth the 30% premium. Breakfast is excellent though.Guest review byIANYoung couple
