QC Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi is set in the ski resort and spa town of Bormio. The apartment in the Villa of the Grand Hotel was amazing, great view of the mountain, well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable. The thermal baths and spa facilities are numerous and exceptional! The breakfast, in a very majestic room, was also excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like "Gods" we were treated extremely well, the hotel is stunning, the rooms are amazing. We had a junior suite with a lake view, it was magical. The food was amazing we were on a B&B rate and the breakfast had a great choice. We had dinner there on two nights and again, the food and service were amazing. We took a few "pool" days during our week and ate at the poolside restaurant and once again it was superb.

A special shout-out to our waitress, Mikaela, who was the epitome of professionalism. She anticipated our every need and made each dinner a truly delightful experience. And to the entire kitchen team and chef, thank you for the delicious and creative menus that kept us excited for dinner each evening! Our personal highlight was definitely the spa. The essential oil baths were next level, and we can't thank Federico enough for creating such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. He is a true star, and we will absolutely be back to Hotel Tofana just for his amazing spa treatments. Thank you again to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality and for making our stay feel so special.
