great new kitchen, superb swimming pool, perfect location

Fantastic accommodation in an outstanding location. We were treated so well from the moment we arrived it was like we'd be going there for years. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom (including a massive bath), breakfast was also top notch. Clive and Denise were always fun and able to point us in the direction of great places to visit and eat/drink. They truly made it a stay to remember and we will certainly be back in the future. Lastly, the WiFi is great! Thank you so much for making us so welcome.

A superb property to stay in for a ski vacation - spacious bedrooms, very practical and functional kitchen, a huge dining table, ski and boots storage - basically everything you need. And it all felt like it's brand new. The veranda was a favourite place to hang out after skiing. The closest gondola lift is within walking distance and if there's enough snow, you can ski down almost to the front door. If you're not into skiing, there are plenty of nice walks or bike rides you can make.

Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment. Superb location opposite bus stop and literally 1 min walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. Covered parking. Sauna area lovely.

The apartment is fully equipped, functional, and very clean. The location is also pretty convenient for reaching Söll, Scheffau and Brixenthal skiing areas. Strongly recommend for a family stay.

The hotel was beautiful, the facilities were excellent, the staff were fantastic. The beds were really comfortable and the hotel was spotless. Every detail was considered. The restaurant was top quality- the food was excellent. Heidi was so welcoming and so helpful and friendly. We had a really nice stay and we will be back.

An absolutely amazing hotel. The staff is one of the friendliest, kindest and warmest personnel I've ever met. Breakfast is great, a wide range of choice, the location couldn't be better, the ski rentals and ski lift are literally 10 meters from the front door. The rooms are very spacious, luxurious and quiet. There's also 3 saunas and a relaxation area, perfect after a day skiing or snowboarding.

The breakfast is the greatest I have had in 15 years of extensive travel, It is truly phenomenal with it being a reason to return on its own. The restaurant is also amazing. To top those extras off, the rooms are comfortable quiet and private while also feeling like anything you ever need can be accommodated easily. A truly 5 star service, restaurant, staff and experience.
