The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. Everything was excellent. The outdoor spa was a unique experience. The staff at the kids' club were very kind, and everyone in the hotel was extremely helpful. We even received a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel also provided a shuttle service to the train station. The town was small but charming, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of it.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend davvero fantastico in questo hotel. Il servizio e il personale sono stati impeccabili, sempre gentili e disponibili. Un rapporto qualità-prezzo assolutamente giusto! La pulizia è stata davvero il top, sia nelle camere che nelle aree comuni, incluse la spa e la piscina. Un grazie speciale alla signora Adriana dello staff della cucina, che si è dimostrata sempre gentile e disponibile. Dopo il check-out abbiamo potuto continuare a godere della giornata utilizzando la sauna, le piscine e tutte le altre strutture (ad eccezione della camera), un’attenzione molto gradita per gli ospiti. La cena e la colazione erano deliziose, con una varietà di piatti curati nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di conoscere il direttore, che salutava i clienti al momento della partenza offrendo una bevanda alle erbe svizzere: un gesto davvero unico che ci ha colpito molto. Questo hotel merita tutte le sue 5 stelle, e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

L'Ermitage Wellness & SPA Hotel di Schönried - Gstaad vi accoglie su una terrazza soleggiata sopra Gstaad, nel cuore di un parco, e regala viste panoramiche sulla Saanenland e sulle montagne... very friendly staff, you feel like a family atmosphere the restaurant staff in specific are amazing and pay attention to details The concept of restaurant rooms is innovative. location of hotel is amazing, rooms are clean and comfortable and staff comes multiple times in the day to ensure room is always tidy Loved also the bar and live music band It was my husband birthday and I couldn’t imagine it better, thank you very much to all staff :)

The Art Nouveau-style Belvédère hotel in the car-free village Wengen enjoys an elevated position, a 5-minute walk from the centre, and offers magnificent views of the Jungfrau mountain and the... Every thing was top shelf. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. All requests for rides to and from the train station were handled prom.

Lenkerhof gourmet spa resort - Relais & Châteaux in Lenk close to Gstaad features a wide range of up-to-date wellness facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, steam baths and hot tubs. + La cordialità del personale è inspiegabile, semplicemente meravigliosa. + La pulizia del luogo. + Posizione dell'hotel per conoscere la città. + Purtroppo non ho tutti i nomi, ma Jimmy e il signore del ristorante "Oh de Vie" hanno fatto un lavoro superiore alle aspettative. + Mia moglie ha avuto uno dei migliori compleanni e momenti felici durante questo eccellente weekend. + Le decorazioni per il compleanno in camera e durante la cena sono state particolarmente perfette.

Gstaad is a pristine Alpine village that’s somehow equally out-of- this-world as it is down-to-earth. To experience all its wonders, escape to undoubtedly one of the finest properties in Switzerland. Staff is so courteous and friendly, picked us up from the train station and were excellent our entire stay. The spa was also beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious too’

Opened in December 2012, this luxurious 5-star hotel in Gstaad was built in elegant Swiss Alpine style, featuring natural materials like marble, sandstone and aged wood. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at; gorgeous location , facilities and the staff were amazing !
