Materials and interior in room - especially the bathrooms! Amazing spa and proximity to local town. Excellent door-to-door ski lift access. Breakfast was great too! Great staff.

Very nice to place and next to the sloop. The view of the Matterhorn Mountain is super cool from the balcony and resort main entrance. Restaurants are excellent. But no nightlife after skiing and u will need to go down to the village by train if u want to life the night experience in Zermatt. So i will recommend to split ur stay in 2 resorts, one on the top of the mountain like this one and second another resort in the village down.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. The attention to detail in this hotel is out of this world! One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed at!

The transfer in a horse drawn carriage felt very fairy too! Every aspect of our stay was magical and exceeded our highest expectations.
