Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!

Services are all good. We don’t need to worry about anything. The whole journey from Täsch parking space to the lobby is very smooth and very planned. restaurant Alexandra tastes good too. The room has a large shared balcony where I can directly photo a starry night.

Amazing overall experience: - Very clean everywhere and in great condition. It is clear the hotel is very well maintained - Very quite and chill atmosphere. The fact that the village is quiet also helped, however inside the hotel it was also aways quiet and relaxing - Service is great, everyone is very polite and helpful. Everyone spoke English - All facilities, including Spa area, library, fun area etc. - Breakfast was very tasty and the staff is very attentive

From the valley station of Zermatt's Sunnegga Cable Car, a lift takes you directly to the reception of the CERVO Mountain Resort, located right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails. Wonderful design, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and restaurants, fantastic staff and brilliantly located. Awesome to wake up with a view of the Matterhorn. We loved our stay.

Situated on a rock, 45 metres above the roofs of central Zermatt, guests access The Omnia via a tunnel leading to an elevator, which brings them right into the lobby. The Omnia Hotel always exceeds all expectations. From the stunning views to the impeccable service, everything was flawless. The rooms are luxurious and thoughtfully designed, and the amenities are outstanding. Every detail, from the friendly staff to the delicious food, made our stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, this is it. Highly recommend—10/10 without hesitation!

Grand Hotel Zermatterhof se află în centrul orașului Zermatt, la 6 minute de mers pe jos de Gara Zermatt, și include un bar. This was one of the most magnificent hotels we’ve ever stayed in and easily the best on our most recent European vacation. Everything about this hotel is wonderful! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, the room was big and perfectly appointed with a wonderful balcony overlooking the centre of Zermatt and the glorious Matterhorn peak making for the most picturesque holiday photos. The bathroom is excellent with a dreamy shower and even a two in one toilet that rinsed your behind with warm water (much better than a bidet which we can never work out in Italy!) Breakfast was also delicious and served in the delightful, old world charm dining room that also serves as the Lusi Brasserie in the evening, (and make sure you book that ahead for dinner because that was also exceptional!) And don’t miss the pool, sauna, steam room and ice room! Just fantastic! All staff were of the highest quality and in particular front desk staff member Julia was also wonderful organising our departure transport and answered all of our questions during our stay. Highly recommend this superb hotel and we can’t wait to return!
