Very kind staff, and beautiful facilities on the lake. The breakfast was excellent, especially the fruit selection. The staff were incredibly helpful - helped us book a guide for summiting the Volcan Osorno, prepared a breakfast for us to take early in the morning, arranged for us to use free bikes, set up free sauna visit. Overall a wonderful experience.

Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests. The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens!

Set on the shores of Llanquihue lake and boasting stunning lake and volcano views, the recently-built Hotel AWA offers luxurious accommodation with free WiFi access in Puerto Varas. Very much enjoyed the Awa. We were in a suite which was very comfortable and spacious. There were a few things that were not functional (the blinds) that needed to be fixed. Otherwise, the half board option was appropriate (same menu all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner). We also had massages which were good. I’d recommend to others.

It is a calm place to relax and rewind, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful nature. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Enjoy Puerto Varas Hotel is located at Llanquihue Lake with spectacular views of the Osorno Volcano. It features a spa and a heated indoor swimming pool. Free parking on site. Loved my stay at this hotel. The room was large with lots of natural light and warm and cosy. The bed are super comfortable. Lovey big bathroom with nice products. Fridge in the room. The breakfast was fabulous. All the usual suspects and more. The bar with circular fire place was a standout for me. Very atmospheric and relaxing during a cold and rainy stay. Unfortunately due to the rainy weather and heavy cloud cover, I did not get to see the view of the volcano from the hotel. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Refined muted tones accented with local art, historic photographs and beautiful floral arrangements. Everything was super clean and tidy. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from the town CBD which has loads of restaurants, cafes, craft shops and lots of adventure shops. My friend used the indoor heated pool which she said was good.
