The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!

Their shower has good water pressure. Location wise it’s next to a shopping mall and we are spoilt with different food options. The view from the room is also great!
