The kids especially loved the water slides, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which was very convenient for the family and added to the overall comfort. A special thank you to Konstantina, who was always helpful and supportive whenever we needed her. She was there to resolve any situation with great care. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Philip, the General Manager, who is a very knowledgeable and professional person. Their attention and dedication truly enhanced our experience. Overall, everything from the room to the service made our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.
