The style is a bit dated, but the quality is perfect. Some 5km from the touristic town

Το Alas Resort & Spa βρίσκεται σε μια ιδιωτική παραλία, σε απόσταση 30 λεπτών οδικώς από το χωριό Μονεμβασιά και προσφέρει καταλύματα 5 αστέρων με θέα στο Λακωνικό Κόλπο. Great hotel and staff. Very nice beach with enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Elia with restaurants and supermarkets is easy reachable by foot in 15-20 minutes, although the car is recommended to visit Monevmasia and many other places. The hotel helped us with transfers and renting the car, everything was very easy. Good restaurant, my recommendation will be not to take half-board. It is very nice with wonderful choice of dishes, but in the regular menu the choice is bigger.

We loved how kid-friendly Kinsterna is: the cool (and complimentary) activities they have to offer, the fact that they have kid-friendly cutlery ready for you, the family pool is perfect for kids of any age, the plush donkey our kid received as a gift, the playground, the indoor playroom, the animals onsite, a great kids menu, and of course how genuinely nice the staff was to our kid. The hotel itself is a beautiful property, with plenty of corners to enjoy at all times of day. The food at the pool and at both restaurants was amazing.
