From the cleaning staff who left personalised messages in our room to the reception staff who organised shuttles. The bar and restaurant staff were all so superb and are a credit to this excellent hotel. We absolutely loved our time with you all and look forward to our return in the future.

Extremely serene. Beautiful private space. Very well maintained. Even the linen felt like luxury. It was not the standard hotel linen. The staff was extremely polite and kind. The breakfast was lovely freshly prepared by the chef to meet our needs. Even the fruit was chopped fresh for us. Felt like royalty! The occupancy was low and so they gave us a complimentary upgrade. A lot of cafes and restaurants and shops around so very well located. Wishing 10-15 minutes one had multiple options.

The Postcard Velha,Goa is located in Velha Goa tucked away atop the hillock of Nossa Senhora de Monte. An amazing experience from Pradeep and his team, we arrived at a terrible time of 5am and he was personally there waiting to take us to our room. We had what we wanted when we wanted it, a truly personalised experience with an instant response by WhatsApp to any request. The food was amazing, the best butter chicken (not on the menu BTW) I've ever eaten and as this place only have 6 rooms it is never busy, you feel you are on holiday in your own home. The place is exceptionally well maintained and the grounds beautiful.

Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa is an ideal launchpad for travellers who want to explore the best of North Goa. The way they are treating guests is exceptional.
