The location is excellent, if your plan is to stay and explore the so called White Town of Puducherry. I loved the beautiful, historical building and especially the courtyard swimming pool. The staff was excellent: very polite, helpful, and friendly. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean with excellent amenities. I also enjoyed a lovely Keralan-style massage at their Ayurvedic Centre. Food was tasty and the menu had a good choice of varieties.

Balcony was big enough. Toilets are clean. Rain Shower was Good. Room Service Food in the afternoon was excellent. Outdoor areas are well decorated with Greenery. Must try Boat rides starting from the resort to have a beautiful view of Back Waters. Wifi was good. Overall stay was very good.

Ubicato a Pondicherry, a 1,2 km da Ashram di Sri Aurobindo, The Residency Towers Puducherry propone un centro fitness, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un ristorante e un bar. The staff are very attentive and proactively reached out throughout our stay to ask if we needed anything. If we requested things like more water, reservations, etc., the staff was very prompt and helpful. The spa facilities and pool are relaxing and affordable, the breakfast and restaurants are tasty with lots of variety. There was a live concert in the bar on Saturday night and the music was great. The game room was also fun, we played pool and golf and had a very nice time.

The staff were exceptionally responsive -- from Anil who checked us in to Daia and Senthil and Karuna who served us dinner, and everyone else we encountered. The decor was minimalist, the rooms were spacious and bright, and the location was convenient for walking around. We had a couple of meals at the hotel, both of which were outstanding -- the moringa soup and the poached egg with bacon powder are must-haves.

Originally built to serve as the mayor’s residence, this 5-star heritage property is surrounded by a garden and is a 5-minute walk from Pondicherry Beach. Very tasty food, courteous and friendly staff, routinely enquiring about the food, stay and anything else that they could help us with. Need to specially mention Sunita at the front desk, Padmini, Aswathi, Ana and all the others whose names I don’t know. Will definitely stay here and recommend this place to everyone.

The property is at a prime location and very hard to miss. The check-in process was very easy and the reception staff made us feel welcomed. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the hygienic. The Hotel does not have its own kitchen. But since I was visiting for work purposes, it did not make much of a difference. They have a separate room for drivers and the driver was very well taken care. Check-out process was equally smooth. They have an option of late check-out and they were accommodative to let us be there for a little longer for no additional charge. It is definitely a must book place for me.
