My room was upgraded in the Premium Suite which was spacious, impeccably clean and with a living room .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail, and the amenities were premium selected. What truly set the property apart, however, was the exceptional service and the warmth of the people. Upon departure they gave us a memento from your trip which was unexpected and incredibly thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a guest celebrating a special occasion. The Raajkutir hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of its beautiful ambiance, excellent service, and thoughtful surprise made my stay in Kolkata unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly special experience in the heart of this vibrant city.

My room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic offering a wide variety of choices. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of dining options, each with a unique atmosphere and delectable menu items. I particularly enjoyed the local cuisine at Royal Vega ,which was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The spa was truly amazing, offering an array of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The tranquil setting and skilled therapists made my spa experience one to remember. Overall, my stay at this hotel was both pleasant and comfortable. Located in Kolkata's business district of Salt Lake City, 1 km away from Apollo Hospital, Hyatt Regency features modern rooms, an outdoor swimming pool and 6 food and beverage options. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed by the Lobby Manager, Mr. Raghav, and a member of the lobby staff whose name I believe was Anusha. Their welcome and hospitality set the tone for our stay, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to an expansive penthouse on the 6th floor, equipped with all modern amenities. The accommodation was huge, what I figures out it was at least 220 square meters, immaculate, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded our expectations. My wife and son were particularly thrilled with the comfort of the room, and even asked me to write their feedback on their experience. The balcony offered an outstanding view of the lake, adding to the charm of our stay. The housekeeping staff maintained the room meticulously and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
