We arrived to a magical place. The staff was amazing. Starting from the welcome drink at the reception, after tour around the property. Breakfast, lunch, dinner- everything was on the level of the place. Our room was super comfortable and clean. For sure, it is a bucket list for the next year. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was beautiful, elegant, perfectly laid out. Our room was gorgeous with an incredible sunset view of Toscana. The staff was so very nice and helpful. The pool and thermal waters were amazing!
