We stayed here with our 3-year old and every aspect of the hotel was perfect during our stay. They have everything you need for your kid, from kids shampoo & lotion, super cute kids bed (including welcome toys), little steps so she can use the sink herself, and all other stuff you can borrow like strollers or extra air purifiers. They have all the family rooms on the same kids floor and the kids club is also on the same floor. Our daughter loves spending hours in the kids club with books, bricks to build, small slide with the ball pool. The garden pool has all the kids swimming vests in different sizes that you can just grab and put it on. Everything is super clean and staff is great too! We wanted to hike Hallasan so had to book a taxi for the early morning, the staff helped us with that and also answered our questions about hiking possibilities with the weather conditions. There is a convenience store just downstairs that has everything you need. Out of the resort there are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would love to stay here again if we go visiting Jeju island next time.

The Siena Primo is a resort hotel created by reinterpreting the spirit of Florence and the Medici family, a city of art that inherited a brilliant cultural heritage. Beautiful hotel will al comforts for kids and adults! Everything was clean and neat. The staff was very kind and helpful in all our requests. From the hotel you can reach all the attractions and the city in about 20 minutes by car. Beautiful and quite position in the nature!

This luxurious, non-smoking property boasts spacious outdoor and indoor pools, a modern fitness centre and a spa and wellness centre. It also features 7 restaurants and free Wi-Fi access. We really enjoyed our stay and in particular we loved the massages and treatments at the spa, which were excellent.

Had a memorable and fantastic stay. New property, rooms were big, the one we got had a balcony and the bathroom was great as well. View from the balcony was nice.

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. It was Great, super! 👍😍 nice and calm place surround by a lac and forest, the swimming pool just amazing when cold outside! Big room, nice breakfast buffet! I will definitely come back there!

The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

Jeju Shinhwa World Landing Resort boasts a lounge, spa and convention centre. Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire hotel. New, clean, easy parking, great area with loads to do, free theme park ride tickets - what was not to like :)

Surrounded by thick woods, Hidden Cliff Hotel and Nature is situated on top of the hill just outside the north-western end of Jungmun Tourist Complex. Very nice forest and stream facing the balcony. Excellent infinity pool and breakfast location has gorgeous view facing the greenery.
