From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The staff are exceptional—always smiling, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay perfect. A special mention must go to Amanda, whose courteous and caring attitude made a lasting impression. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. Every element—from the comfortable bedding to the smart technology—reflects luxury and thoughtful design. I was lucky to have a room overlooking both the sea and the lake, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast buffet deserves a special highlight. It was one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere—an incredible spread featuring both local Sri Lankan delicacies, a lot of Indian and international favorites, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Overall, my experience at ITC Colombo was flawless. The combination of elegant interiors, exceptional dining, stunning views, and world-class hospitality makes it a true gem in Colombo. I left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning soon.

That's the first thing that struck us as we walked into the hotel. While making conversation when checking in we mentioned to Carder the duty Manager that the reason for our stay was my wife's birthday. He very kindly upgraded us to a "Club" room on a high floor and had a small cake and card sent up to the room when we got in. Very touching gesture! The room was tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities with a great view of the sea and part of the city. A perfect location for business or vacation!

It is not my custom to compose reviews, as my primary objective is to enjoy my stay. Nevertheless, I was most agreeably surprised by the Hotel Nuwa in City of Dreams. The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. A notably valuable amenity is the provision of a personal butler, designed for guests desiring an indulgent experience.

We stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful castle, we occupied all their 4 rooms (one more room was out of booking for maintenance reasons), the personal is great, they welcomed and did their best to make our stay unforgettable. The weather is better then the coastal one as you are literally in the mountains surrounded by forests. Definitely will come there again

Shangri-La Colombo presents a new level of luxury in the city. Located in the heart of the business and entertainment district, the hotel offers the various collection of guestrooms with stunning... 5 star hotel. Room bit outdated. Otherwise confortable and located on the sea. Beach not really to visit (the Port City will most probably upgrade it in the future). Great breakfast (as ShangriLa has). Good in-house restaurants but expensive. The food was nevertheless very good. Nice pool on 4th floor. Extra services (transfers, spa , etc) way overpriced (transfer to airport was 75 usd quoted by the hotel while a reputable taxi Kangaroo company with invoice and metre took me to the airport for 23 usd). Conected to a Mall with lots of shopping oportunities.

L'hotel Cinnamon Lakeside é stato l'unico di tutto il mio viaggio nello Sri Lanka ad avere uno standard corrispondente al prezzo pagato. Intendiamoci, molti hotels e lodges scelti erano carini ma mancavano di quella (perdonabile) professionalità del personale. Qui a Colombo, vuoi per l'ambiente un po' piu' da business, il personale si é dimostrato all'altezza della struttura. Reception, giardino, piscina, bar etc, tutto al top. Il buffet serale (a pagamento) eccezionale, cosi come la colazione. Continuate cosi!!

Il Cinnamon Grand Colombo è un lussuoso hotel a 5 stelle situato nel centro di Colombo, nel cuore di centri turistici e commerciali come il World Trade Centre, il Museo Nazionale e i famosi templi. Amazing! beautiful hotel, beautiful, very helpful and resourceful people. wonderful breakfast. nice pool. If ever in Colombo, will come back again.

Costruito nel 1864, questo iconico hotel in stile coloniale vanta una spa e una piscina di acqua salata con lettini e vedute sul vasto Oceano Indiano. Fantastic historical hotel. Felt like I was transported back to the 1920's.
