E a treia oară când stau la acest hotel. Totul e foarte bun și bine îngrijit. Top: piscina și mâncarea . Personalul atent de la primire până la plecare.. dar sunt și foarte mulți, cred ca personalul este de 3 ori mai mare față de alte hoteluri cu aceleași stele. Nota 10.

The breakfasts were wonderful and the property was most definitely a 5 star in rating. The rooms were a good size and the beds were exptremely comfortable, we had a good nights sleep here, lovely ocean view. Lots of luxury with this hotel.

When we checked in we got upgraded to a suite and even though we only stayed 1 day, it was so wonderful! The courteous personnel and management demonstrated remarkable attentiveness in catering to my every requirement. A notably valuable amenity is the provision of a personal butler, designed for guests desiring an indulgent experience.

Cinnamon Grand Colombo is a luxurious 5-stars city hotel located in the centrer of Colombo and in the heart of tourist and commercial hubs like the World Trade Centre, National Museum and Iconic... This is my second stay at Cinnamon Grand, and it was just as great as expected. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service quality of the staff. In particular, I want to thank the lovely staff in the 9th floor lounge. They were incredibly attentive and remembered our room numbers after only telling them once. They even helped me book the spa, showcasing the true spirit of Sri Lankan hospitality. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Upeksha, Cheryl, Dilshanu, Prasanna, Wasantha, and Damith. I also want to thank Samantha in the lobby for going above and beyond to find a restaurant for dinner. Despite the options being overwhelming, Samantha diligently searched and finally placed the call on my behalf, securing the booking.

The location is unbeatable, probably the best-located hotel in Colombo, situated right on the oceanfront. One can never get tired of the view of waves crashing against the rocks, whether sitting at the FireBeach or at the King of the Mambo. The rooms are spacious, and although they have a distinct colonial charm, they are equipped with all modern amenities. The beds are large and comfortable. Then comes the food. The hotel has several restaurants, and we tried all the buffets. They were extensive and absolutely delicious. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.
