Mme Ardan, the manager, was everywhere all the time ensuring guests needs and comfort. All the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Our suite was outstanding, and everything was very nice. The two massages I had at the Spa were both extremely good and professional. Also, the hotel's location is excellent, at the very edge of the Medina. We look forward to returning there soon.

Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

A simple carved wooden door on a small, Traditionally decorated rooms are heavily tiled with beautiful ceilings and look out on the central courtyard. Breakfast was freshly prepared and generous. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I extended my stay twice because I feel at home. The Riad is really beautiful and clean. The suite number 2 is huge and exquisite. The staff is exceptionally caring and very professional. I watched Mustafa, Meryeme, and Kenza go out of their way to cater to all the guests. I am still here because I love it.

Το Riad Amira Luxury Palace διαθέτει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο στη Φεζ, σε απόσταση 3,5 χλμ και 700μ από τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Βασιλικό Παλάτι Fes και Bab Bou Jeloud Fes, αντίστοιχα.... Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

Το Palais Faraj Suites & Spa βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του Fès, σε ένα πρώην αραβικό-μαυριτανικό παλάτι και προσφέρει θέα στη Μεντίνα. The feel of this hotel is quite special, it really was an old palace in Fez. They have furnished it with period pieces and they have so many little rooms and areas to enjoy. The restaurant is very worth the visit as is the bar.
