The staff at the hotel were are all extremely friendly, helpful and very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and the wine tasting experience there at the hotel was a very nice touch. Everything was excellent and we are definately coming back later this year.

Surrounded by gardens and forest, this modern hotel is situated 5 km from Pachuca and offers stylish rooms with air conditioning. Camino Real Pachuca features a gym and souvenir shop. Great location if you like to go to the Soccer Museum. Also the Gym is ok for this kind of hotels.

Hotel Villas Camargo se află în Ixmiquilpan, la aproximativ 22 km de Bidho și la 11 km de EcoAlberto Park. We stayed in Ixmiquilpan for 2 nights as a base to go to Grutas Tolantongo. Our hotel is about 15 min from the center of town. There is no uber or didi services at all. As such, it is a bit difficult to get around. Fortunately, the hotel offers some type of “taxi” service for us, which is extremely helpful and convenient. Even though we do not speak each other’s language, we use Google translation to communicate. The staff are super helpful. What makes this stay most memorable is its restaurant. Food is super delicious. We had a long day trip to Grutas Tolantongo. Hence, it was very comfortable to just stay in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Relatively big dinner menu. Good service and very tasty food served.

The whole costumer service, Juan Carlos at front desk resolved a little issue about the 1st room he save us, it wasn't ready but he moved us yo a fresh and nite one. Plus that after took a nap and left the the room for few hours they refresh the room again, THAT WAS A GREAT PLUS!!! FULLY RECOMMENDED
