We had an issue with the car and lady at the reception provided us not just information, but really help! Also, location is perfect - in the most charming area in the city! We also recommend a breakfast on the roof top. If we would be back in Tulum, for sure this hotel will be our choice.

Hotel Casa Hormiga mempunyai basikal percuma, kolam renang luaran, taman dan teres di Bacalar. We particularly liked the energy of the place and the staff. We felt very welcome and "at home" right from the start. Rodrigo showed us around the whole complex and answered our questions. We really liked the Nest and Julia's yoga classes were brilliant. The location is also great if you want to walk to the center or go out to eat. The hotel's own bikes were also good. We booked a massage on the last day: Julie and Abdel did a great job.
