Our recent stay at Aarya hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. We were hosted flawlessly, and the level of service provided by the staff, particularly Khushbu, Samjhana, Manoj, Rupesh, and Ronish, was outstanding and deserves special recognition. They are all exemplary members of the team. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Kathmandu. A major highlight was the magnificent heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi on the rooftop, offering stunning, breathtaking views. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the entire property is impeccably clean and polished. The rooms are large and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Questo non è un albergo per i turisti, nel centro tanto inquinato ed affollato di Kathmandu, ma si trova nella zona tranquilla dei vari ministeri. Ho scelto Basera Boutique Hotel a Kathmandu, prima e dopo il mio viaggio in Bhutan, tenendo conto delle 900 recensioni con voto molto alto su Booking.com. Le mie aspettative sono state superate da tutti punti di vista : rapporto qualità - prezzo, pulizia, gentileza del personale, servizi, camera, bagno, posizione, colazione, cene ai due ristoranti, trasferimento gratuito da/per l’aeroporto, risposte veloci alle mie email e messaggi... Prima dell’arrivo, ho scambiato email e messaggi su WhatsApp riguardanti trasferimenti da/per l’aeroporto e vari full e half day tour. L’albergo mi ha risposto subito, mandando prezzi ed informazioni. La prima volta ho dormito 2 notti e ho fatto un full day tour a Bhaktapur, Changu Narayan e Soaltee Resort Nagarkot, dove ho pranzato. All’arrivo, il manager Sanish Singh mi ha aspettato nella lobby e con lui ho stabilito il programma per i miei 2 soggiorni. Ha capito subito le mie esigenze e mi ha assegnato una stanza stupenda, all'ultimo piano, con bella vista. Poi, ha scelto Gupi, il miglior autista dell’albergo per i miei trasferimenti e per i tour. Come Gupi parla un po d’inglese, ho rinunciato alla guida (le varie informazioni sui siti visitati si trovano su Internet) e lui mi ha accompagnato dappertutto, comunicando molto bene con lui. Il prezzo per i tour è stato ottimo e li ho pagati all’albergo, con la carta di credito. Solo le entrate in vari posti ho pagato con la valuta locale (ho cambiato Euro all’arrivo in aeroporto a Kathmandu) Molto gentile è stata anche Smriti Kanauya della reception. Segue la seconda recensione, per il mio soggiorno dopo il ritorno dal Bhutan.

The beautiful young girl in reception is very friendly. We had booked another hotel before our stay in Aloft hotel. But we cancelled it and switched back to Aloft hotel as her wonderful service.

The hotel grounds are beautiful! It was also not too far from the airport. The property has amazing facilities and the BEST restaurant for dinner and breakfast! It was soooo comfortable.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel G Ramayana from August 5th to 6th, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The food was truly delicious—every meal was prepared with great care, offering a wonderful mix of flavours. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and taste were exceptional. What stood out the most was the staff’s genuine hospitality. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist, making the entire stay even more pleasant. Their positive attitude created a comfortable and homely environment. Overall, my stay at Hotel G Ramayana was memorable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere.
