I liked the property a lot. The rooms were very comfortable, good size with a nice park view. The breakfast was good and the staffs were so pleasant and friendly especially Cam, Lucricia and Diego at the front desk and Marv and Milko at the breakfast room. Amazing service from all of them. The breakfast was served just perfect.

The nice kitchen also gave us the ability to cook some food items which we like without going out to a restaurant. The locaction of eichardts at the waterfront promenade was beautiful and got us close to all the local bars and tours. We were served a liesurly but excellent free breakfast in the eichardts bar. Great and helpful hotel staff. Queenstown on the wharf is so beautiful, dont go to the uphill accomodations

Nothing was a problem, we were advised of the best place to park, escorted to our room. The pillows were amazing, and the bed was comfortable. The unit was warm, and had a lovely view, and all of the amenities in the room were clean, and it had everything. Most of all for us the room was quiet. We didn't hear any noise from any other residents. We also had a lovely dinner in the restaurant which was top class with a beautiful view.
