Stunning hotel concept hidden away in its beautiful tropical jungle grounds. Loved the train concept and the style of the rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff (although the English language levels of some of them needed improving). Delicious food and great variety. The Poirot restaurant design, food and service was fabulous. So too Papillon bar. We were lucky that the hotel was quiet as it was low season, so it felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. Not cheap but definitely worth paying for a treat!

Probably the best place to stay in the area. The view is fantastic, and the staff is ready to assist with any requests 24/7. The kitchen deserves special mention – the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. There’s also a wonderful option for a romantic dinner. If needed, you can order from the menu (with very reasonable prices). Everything is super tasty and comes in generous portions. You could easily stay in the house for days, enjoying the view from the second-floor bathtub and the third-floor jacuzzi. There’s a free minibar, coffee, tea, and water. The house itself is very spacious, with two large TVs to choose from. The only place you might see neighbors is on the first-floor balcony, but otherwise, total privacy is guaranteed.

The staff and manager are so sweet, kind and respectful, and ready to accommodate any request. The grounds were beautiful, and the room was really nice and comfortable. This hotel is located very close to National Park, so you can easily walk there, or you can book a taxi or day tour at the front desk. One morning, 2 hornbills were perched in the trees right outside my room, and I could hear the sounds of the gibbons often. The hotel is also very close to Amazon Cafe! I highly recommend this lovely place for a stay!
