The staff was incredible, the room was very comfortable and the bed was great and very big. The rooftop bar is a great place to see the sunset. We had some trouble with a tour we booked through Get Your Guide, and the staff was incredible at helping us book another, at 8PM for the next day. Very grateful, specially to Thomas and Kai. The breakfast was delicious too.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond by gifting us a voucher for the bar and even allowing us to use a room to shower before heading to the airport — a truly thoughtful gesture. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed every detail and felt right at home. The facilities were excellent. The pool offered stunning views and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant was also a highlight — both dinner and breakfast were delicious and perfectly prepared. And the underground bar is a must if you enjoy live music; we caught a performance there and absolutely loved it. To summarize, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place. We would definitely come back.

Best staff ever, who made our stay incredibly pleasant. Every member of the team went above and beyond—from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The rooftop pool and bar were an added bonus, offering stunning views of the city. Truly a five-star experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Scrivo una seconda recensione perché ho avuto modo di soggiornare anche in altri giorni in questa struttura. Non starò a ripetere che la struttura è in pieno centro, pulita, comoda e dagli ottimi servizi, camere grandi e pulite, buona colazione, insomma, tutto ciò che serve per passare dei giorni ad Hanoi. Purtroppo una sera ho avuto un problema con la camera (cosa che può capitare in qualsiasi altro hotel del mondo sia chiaro) ebbene, il personale si è subito adoperato, hanno risolto il problema e riconosciuto il disagio. Quindi promosso a pieni voti!
