Reception al 5 piano, anche se in realtà è il quarto visto che per motivi scaramantici il piano 4 manca..... :-) Camera gigantesca, e davvero bella, con vasca e doccia. Ottima la pulizia.

The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.
