Everything! The hotel is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, not in Indian, but in Italian style, which gives the hotel an extra dimension. The red 'lion room' in which we slept was a pearl for the eye and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff is very well trained and the chef is sublime! We had such a delicious meal (both breakfast and dinner) here too with nice details in the menu. We really felt at home in the Royal Hermitage. Shivya is a very attentive hostess who knows very well what Western tourists want during their stay. She is so concerned with the well-being of her guests. Her hospitality knows no bounds. This was for us the most beautiful stay during our 24-day trip through Rajasthan. We definitely recommend the Royal Hermitage if you want to be immersed in luxury in a small-scale hotel with personal service. I give this hotel a 10+++. Highly recommended!
