So lush and green - a large space full of grass, trees, birds chirping. Many caravans are parked in the compound. There are also regular parking spots for the guests of the hotel or tree houses. We took a hotel room. It is not large, but clean, and has the basic facilities. An advantage is that the water in the resort are drinkable. The price is affordable, although breakfast is not included. However, there is an excellent restaurant in the resort; it is open from morning till late evening and has a variety of food - fresh, tasty and for low prices and very good service. There is also a minimarket and laundry services inside the resort. Bear in mind, though, that the staff do not freshen up the room or supply clean towels unless you explicitly ask the staff to do it ... The resort offers a daily boat tour to Komani lake and Shala river, which includes lunch and a minibus transportation from the resort and back - recommended.

The hotel is perfectly situated with quick and easy access to the boat station, great restaurants, and local stores. There are plenty of opportunities to hike in the surrounding mountains and swim in the crystal-clear lake, making it perfect for nature lovers. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they went above and beyond to help us, even finding a pharmacy when we weren’t feeling well. Truly exceptional service in a spectacular setting. Highly recommended!

The unit has 2 beds.... The hospitality and warm attitude of a lady owner were just charming. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view.

It is a great deal if you are looking to experience country side life. The food is home made and tasty, the quantity is more than enough. You can see the animals the family owns and drink natural cow milk. The bed was the most comfy I had in a 2 week holiday and the cleanliness does not disappoint. I really liked the fresh smell of the house.

This mobile home's special feature is the fireplace. Featuring a private entrance, this air-conditioned mobile home consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower and a bidet. I didn't have the breakfast, which wasn't included anyway. But loved the stay. Awesome hosts, nice location, nice hang out terrace for when you need some quiet time, and good view. Caravan was comfy and clean as a whistle, I traveled alone but you can even have a friend or two over because of the two large couches. Away from the Shkoder crowds and mad traffic. Surrounded by great restaurants, and there's one on-site. I just did a pitstop to break up a long drive, but if i'm heading along that route again and need a quiet, peaceful place to take a rest, i'll certainly go there again.

The place is so beautiful, if you love nature this is a perfect spot. Kindly note this is not a luxurious hotel but a cabin whit all basic the amenities. The place was clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a problem with hot water and they came immediately and fixed it.
