This was such a beautiful accommodation in a fabulous location for accessing Poas National Park. We loved the cosiness of the tent, the outside seating area and the beautiful setting too. It was very cosy and a nice retreat. You wake up in a park with hummingbirds in front of your door and a great view of the volcano. Then you can hike the Park trails (ca.3h) and experience a hidden jungle, waterfall with a lot of fauna. Also there is a cool viewpoint where you can get a photo of the volcano and the jungle.

The well-equipped kitchenette features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. Great place, with amazing view from the large window. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

The shower had a little heater attached so even though we were a little more remote we were able to enjoy a comfortable shower. We could hear the sounds of the rainforest at night, which I particularly enjoyed. The family who run this place were some of the kindest people and even though we don't speak Spanish, and they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate and actually enjoyed a long conversation. There were a few dogs on the premisis that were super friendly and definitely enjoyed the ample attention we paid them. The value for this place was incredible and it was my favorite accommodation my partner and I stayed in. We wish we would have stayed for more than one night.

Bitzu Dome-Bijagua Riverside Glamping — это апартаменты с балконом и видом на реку в городе Бихагуа региона Алахуэла. The Bitzu dome is one of the most unique places I’ve ever stayed. The dome itself is spacious and comfortable with all of the necessities right there. The host Alex is a very nice guy and very responsive and helpful. He worked with me through some traveling troubles due to a tropical storm and helped me out a lot. I can’t thank him enough for his hospitality. I highly recommend the Bitzu dome and Bijagua in general if you want to be somewhere a little less touristy and truly get to appreciate the Costa Rican Culture.
