From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional customer service that set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff at Mount Xanadu went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, and their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. Our room had a breathtaking view facing the hills and the serene river, which made waking up each morning an absolute delight. The panoramic scenery was nothing short of picturesque, and we spent countless hours simply soaking it all in from our balcony. There’s something incredibly soothing about the gentle sounds of nature combined with the stunning landscape, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. What truly stood out was the cordiality and courtesy of the entire staff. Whether it was the front desk personnel, the restaurant team, or housekeeping, everyone was genuinely friendly and eager to assist. They not only addressed our requests promptly but also offered insightful recommendations for exploring Wayanad, enhancing our overall experience. The tent's kitchen is available for cooking and storing food. The unit has 1 bed. Lo staff è molto accogliente, il ragazzo proprietario della struttura è molto attento agli ospiti. Ha sempre chiesto cosa volessi per colazione e merenda, e portato tutto direttamente in camera. La struttura è immersa nel verde, il panorama è stupendo. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di avere l'acqua calda in bagno. Ho fatto un cambio stanza perché non avevo capito che l'appartamento sarebbe stato condiviso con un' altra persona in una seconda stanza. Il proprietario mi ha proposto il monolocale tutto per me con aria condizionata e una vista STUPENDA, ovviamente con un piccolo sovrapprezzo. Inoltee al mio arrivo ho comunicato che sarei dovuta andare via una notte prima e non mi è stata fatta pagare nonostante il poco preavviso.

By the time we visited the place there was a heavy downpour and leach bites but still that was so fun.we didn't miss even a single moment of adventure. The guys in the Tentgram team are so caring, they genuinely made sure that every moment feels safe and secured. Such a wonderful team guided us throughout our trekking. worth for money and memories for our first only girls getaway.
