The guy running it is so welcoming, and catered to our needs from start to finish, even helping with special requests which meant going out of his way for us. The property is so tranquil, and we left feeling relaxed after being able to spend time together away from the hustle bustle. We were able to rent a scooter easily from the campsite, and use the kayak as much as we wanted. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean & had everything we needed. Highly recommend this to everyone & would go again in a heartbeat!

I loved the location and being surrounded by nature, the family is so lovely and friendly and they cooked amazing food. They were also very helpful organising tours and activities. They give great advice on other places in Sri Lanka, very knowledgeable. They also have volunteering opportunities at local schools for cheaper accommodation

The tent includes a shared bathroom fitted with a shower. The tent has garden views. The unit has 2 futons. Sam is a perfect host, who really cares. He made us feel welcome, helped with renting bicycles and even did a very nice bicycle tour with us. The location is perfect if you want to see the sacred city (15 minutes walk away) and feel like being in nature. It is also a very good starting point to do a bicycle tour to Mihintale (which was a great experience!) From the nice rooftop terrace you can see the sunset over the stupas. The tent offers air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower. The unit has 2 beds. The staff were friendly and helped us organisted our meals around our very early safari plans. The room was lovely and the food was brilliant. im so ashamed that i have forgot his name to mention.
