My partner and I enjoyed every aspect of this experience in the Mhamid desert and in the camp we chose to spend the night. After the tour on the back of the dromedary we arrive in Camp Desert Trips already rich from the experience we have just had and it was no less there. We were welcomed by the staff who are like a family, they immediately offered us a hot mint tea (the first of a long series) and then we enjoyed excellent Moroccan specialties for dinner to end the evening with our eyes fixed on the sky at admire the stars while listening to the traditional songs and music of this welcoming people around the fire.

Cheikh Larbi's team went above and beyond, ensuring we felt safe and comfortable exploring the festivities. We then embarked on an incredible 3-night dromedary safari. Our guide was fantastic - knowledgeable, attentive, and wonderful with the kids. He led us through breathtaking landscapes, we even saw gazelles! The kids loved the gentle dromedaries. Sleeping under the stars was a highlight. With zero light pollution, the sky was an endless tapestry of stars - truly awe-inspiring! Cheikh Larbi, who grew up in the desert, shared his vast knowledge and passion with us. We learned so much about the ecosystem, the stars, and Berber culture. The camp itself was an oasis of comfort and tranquility, with delicious food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. As a father, I felt confident in the safety and security of the environment. We were treated like family. Highly recommend M'Hamid Sahara Camp for families seeking an authentic and unforgettable Sahara adventure!

The camp has the perfect location, I came by share taco and they picked me up with a motorcycle from the Main Street. All of the staff are lovely people, I felt more than welcome and really had a great experience! The food was great, my tent really spacious and beautiful and the facilities clean. Would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to stay for one or more nights in the desert but doesn’t want to book a guided tour!

Not big dunes, but you can experience the sand colors during sunset and sunrise. The road to the camp is accessible to any type of car. The communication with the host was perfect, and I was waited in the nearby village to be guided to the camp. Comfortably sleeping in the tent. Clean toilet, hot water, shower. Good meals, but the dinner is overpriced. If you need wifi, the hosts provide hotspot access on their phones. Otherwise, note that Internet over Orange is not reliable. The hosts are very attentive and caring, persistently asking if everything is ok.

The unit offers 4 beds. Citadelle Gorges mempunyai lounge berkongsi, teres, bar dan khidmat urut di Ait Ben Ali. Incredibile amazing place! The room was spacious and beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning, both form the room private balcony and from the rooftop terrace. We had a yummy dinner and nice buffet breakfast. The staff was very kind, they also opened the breakfast buffet earlier than usual because we wanted to start our hiking early in the morning.

Dawood and Hicham have been so nice with us, helped us in any way possible, from letting us cook to use the washing machine. Plus the breakfast was 10/10! Living in Morocco means that whenever I travel around I only look for authentic places. Dawoods place is one of them! Thank you Dawood, you are such a good host!

Amazing experience in the dunes of Erg Chigaga. The location just in the middle of the dunes is perfect and very relaxing. Mohammed was very friendly and nice. The transfer to the camp was interesting as we were going through a desert storm so it took over 2 hours. On the way back, it took 1.5 hours. Transfer was for 90€. I would definitely go to this camp again for more nights. 🙂
