Essendo presenti solo 2 bungalow adatti a coppie, l’atmosfera si presenta privata e romantica. L’escursione da 45 OMR con Abdullah prevede una visita alla casa beduina della famiglia locale, una visita al recinto di orici e la vista del tramonto sulle dune, accompagnato da snack e bevande tipiche. Inoltre, la guida esperta di Abdullah rende l’esperienza ancora più suggestiva e divertente! Cena tipica e colazione internazionale abbondanti e varie sono servite all’esterno del bungalow dal cuoco molto gentile e disponibile. Osservare il panorama e il cielo quando diventa buio è davvero magico! È disponibile il servizio di trasporto da Bidiyah (25 OMR), ma se si ha un veicolo 4x4 (con la pressione delle gomme da abbassare - gli autisti locali di altri fuoristrada sono molto disponibili nel farlo) e una buona dose di coraggio, il camp è raggiungibile anche in autonomia.

If you are looking for a full immersion in the Bedouins' traditions, the Authentic Desert Camp hosted by Saeed is the best experience you could find in Oman desert ! From Omani hospitality to traditional dancing demonstrations, through a full tour of the desert, meet up with camels roaming around, we felt so comfortable with Saeed, who shared with passion all his knowledge with us. Authentic food was served as well, including traditional Omani dishes and fresh grills, including traditional bread cooking in the fire. It was an amazing experience, totally adapted for kids, group of friends and families!

We had such a great time at Thousand Stars Desert Camp. The place is absolutely beautiful — right in the middle of the dunes, super peaceful and perfect for watching the sunset and the stars at night. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, and everything was really well taken care of. But what made the experience truly special was Ali — he’s such a kind and genuine host! He made us feel completely at home. If you want a real desert experience with great vibes and an awesome host, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely come back one day!

What truly stood out, though, was the team’s expertise in curating unforgettable desert experiences. I still remember the aroma of the zaatar ☕️ tea.
