This tent has a shared bathroom, a coffee machine, a dining area as well as an outdoor dining area. The unit has 2 beds. We had an unbelievable stay at the campsite and couldn’t recommend it more. Beautiful dunes in the Sahara desert, authentic tents which were comfy and had electricity. Brilliant staff who put on an excellent evening with traditional music, dance, horse dancing and cooking. A campfire to sit and watch the stars. This was a truly unique stay that you must try! I would pay a lot more for this experience, it really exceeded expectations.

It was an amazing experience something you have to try… stay at the camp is totally safe, and make a favour to ur self go for the dinner at the dessert.. everyone was friendly even if they couldn’t speak in english. Totally worth it

Traditionally set, this tent offers basic equipment with a shared bathroom and toilet. Located in Timbaine, Camp Mars features traditional tents for accommodation overlooking the sand dunes. What an amazing adventure. We were picked up by a driver provided by Camp Mars from a hotel in Tozeur, where we could leave our rental car. You drive almost 3 hours deep into the Sahara and there it is. A large tent where you will be served dinner and breakfast and several tents to sleep in. Our tent had two beds and its own bathroom. However, we used the shared bathrooms, since they had flushing toilets and running water. In the tents you have to make do with very limited water. The dinner was great, the staff were friendly but the location is absolutely unbeatable. This was our first time in the desert and the experience was unique. The dunes around the camp are stunning, the starry sky was absolutely incredible and just sitting in front of a fire in the middle of the desert was a unique experience. I cannot recommend it enough!

Guests will find a stovetop, kitchenware, an oven and a toaster in the well-fitted kitchen. The tent also has a barbecue. Absolutely amazing experience! Both sarder and Mohammad were incredible and so friendly, cooked great dinner. Great star watching and amazing bread baked in the fire in the morning!

Best desert camp we’ve ever visited. Good facilities, nice and very clean tents, tasty food and very nice staff. Reda was very friendly and stopped several times on the way so we could take photos. Would absolutely recommend. We stayed for one night which was perfect, but next time we’d stay for two nights to have a bit more time in the desert.
