The location is perfect: not too far from the main street but still a quiet nice street. City center was also 5 min walk away. The apartment is very clean, cosy warm with the option to set the heat degree yourself (which is a big advantage during the winter). Everything is as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. Milena is an exceptional host who takes a real interest in her guests. She was always sending us replies within a short time whenever we had questions, was very kind and helpful. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher, towels and all kind of kitchen equipment. The window shades can be adjusted to have complete darkness for a relaxing sleep (bed is about 160x200 cm, very comfortable). There was an elevator in the building so when we did the shopping it was easy to take the things upstairs.

It's a very comfortable and clean place to stay, that is equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and in the room itself. Nice coffee machine with very tasty coffee!! Selection of teas, oils, etc. Very comfortable chairs to sit on, and a very soft bed. Everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. And with a touch of style. It feels like you are in the village, lots of flowers, trees, birds signing. There is a huge shopping mall 5 minutes drive. I imagine one really needs a car to stay there, and for me it worked well because the location was quite close to the main highway going into Slovenia.

Το Apartment Graz-Ulrichsbrunn, free parking είναι στο Γκρατς και απέχει μόλις 3,3 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Πύργος Ρολογιού Γκρατς. We liked everything - the stylish combination of antique and modern, the spacious rooms, the communication with the host. It was quiet yet decently close to the center (by car), Children enjoyed the gaming console packed with games from the huge old drawer and we indulged in some racing with them too. The only thing we regret is that we stayed for only 2 nights.

We were very well attended. Last day we had to leave the hotel sooner than the start of the breakfast, and they just prepared a full breakfast for us alone. Also no problem with adding our company information on the bill.

Clean, modern, house welcoming, all the needed facilities in plave - for the dishwasher, for the washing machine and dryer, even soda stream. The location was great, close to everything we needed.
