From the very first moment upon setting foot at the property, it felt home. Access to the compound and to the apartment was easy and keyless, thanks to the clear efficient instructions that the hosts had timely communicated at the online check-in stage. Moreover, they had previously provided relevant preparatory information, a crucial diligence to provide a priori situational awareness of the accommodation, the neighbourhood and the city. As I had lived in the area for several years in the past, I was already aware of such. Yet I still consider this as a key point of valuation that illustrates the care and diligence with which the hosts deal with guests at all stages: before, during and after the actual stay. Their care for guest privacy and autonomy was also noteworthy, always on call for any issue that might arise, yet never being intrusive in any manner. The accommodation compound was brilliantly located in an excellent residential neighbourhood, with commerce at the doorstep, convenient infrastructure for both private and public transportation at immediate reach. The compound itself was comprised of a few recently restored traditional housing buildings, set around an internal courtyard. The unit where I stayed met the advertised expectations, comprising of a duplex apartment on the top floors of the house (accessible by both elevator and staircase). The entrance floor of the apartment had a large open area with fully-equipped kitchen facilities, living area and dining area as in the advertised photos. The fully-equipped bathroom was also on the entrance level. Upstairs there was the airy and bright attic bedroom also in open setting and typical sloped ceiling. Both entrance and bedroom floors had ample airy balconies overlooking the nice inner courtyard. The attic bedroom balcony, elevating over the roofs of most neighbouring buildings, further provided wide ample views over the surrounding areas. The accommodation is approved with honours. I was treated by everyone I come across like no one but myself! Their attention to details was phenomenal and the place’s vibe was to die for. Breakfast time extends towards noon on the weekends and on the weekdays up to 1100. Top notch spa and restaurants run by professionals. Excellent laundry service. Special thanks to the ones who made my stay joyful and memorable to the fullest (Benjamin, Jasper and Nina from the dstrikt) and to the ones who went above and beyond that I can’t describe in words, they just made the ritz Vienna one of a kind, Oliver and Karina!

The apartment is terrific -- roomy, very well equipped with everything you might need, and the location was close to restaurants, a market, public transportation, and fun walking around sites to see.

It was an amazing stay and the apartment exceeded our expectations.

A/C a pagamento 18euro al giorno ma non è stato necessario. Isolato acusticamente. Il giorno di arrivo abbiamo lasciato i bagagli in deposito per poi riprenderli successivamente. Molto comodo. Comunicazione veloce. Se dovessimo tornare a Vienna torneremmo sicuramente qui. Grazie

We had a great stay here! The apartment was very clean and spacious and was in an incredible location. It was easy to walk to anywhere we wanted to go! I was attending a conference at the convention center and it was easy to hop on the train to the center every day. I definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and facilities. Alex is polite, friendly, and professional, always ready to provide helpful information and assistance. He even allowed us to check in earlier than arranged. Our stay was pleasant, and I definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. The location is also excellent, safe and clean, being opposite the main Vienna central station, very close to Belvedere Palace, markets, restaurants, cafes nearby and with the D tram taking you to the city center in just 15-20 minutes.
