When you arrive in the property , you're immediately greeted by beautiful scenery, with a beautiful house and lovely green grass meadows. The host, Enda, was the icing on the cake! The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast provided a great start to our daily biking adventures, and they had a secure place to store our bicycles overnight. This meant we could rent them for our entire stay and didn't need to return them to the rental place each day. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and offered us a great accommodation experience.

Absolutely stunning property, the view from the room was gorgeous. The house was amazing, the bedroom was nice, bed was super comfy. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The house is not far from Athlone. Would highly suggest staying here.

On the West bank of the River Shannon, Shannonside House is set within large, private gardens. Guests can enjoy home cooking and free parking, and Athlone's centre is a 5-minute walk away. Very comfortable b&b Linda was very helpful Ideally situated in walking distance or driving to where you need to go Very Friendly Definitely recommend to stay here
