I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. Love you, miss you, I do plan my next visit already.

Emilia was a super kind host. The whole place had lots of natural light, surrounded by a lovely garden area. The kitchen is modern, updated, and fully stocked with all you would need for a short stay. It was quiet at night. The tv in the common area worked well. I had a lot of privacy (there may have only been one other guest.) This was a great place to be a solo traveler and not feel lonely. Very close to the best markets in the area. You can take a taxi or hitchhike to the highest resort near Yenokovan and hike to a waterfall. Makaravank monastery is magical. I recommend you stay here.

Awesome family hotel in a cozy location. There is a beautiful view of the city below and the mountains around. Pleasant staff, feel as if I'm home. Like the Alps chalet in Armenia. I wish I could give more than 10.

Shura was so welcoming and prepared the most incredible food! We mentioned we don’t eat much meat and she put on a fantastic array of delicious vegetables. We had some trouble finding the property but it was just on the main road 🤦🏼‍♀️ don’t rely on the location map of booking or Google maps!
