It is a gem, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, north of the railway station. The room was very spacious with large bathroom and for the three rooms on my floor there was a common area / kitchenette with coffee & tea facilities. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The property is modern, well maintained and spotless. I can absolutely recommend this place as a base for exploring Padua or the region (ca. 12-15 minutes walk to the main station with a short direct connections e.g. to Venice for a day trip).

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment is beautiful and recently renovated, with both heating and AC to make it comfortable year-round. The bed was very cozy, and we also appreciated the Smart TV for relaxing evenings. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and even had free coffee and small snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Parking was convenient — there’s a private spot available on the property (shared with other guests), and additional public parking is less than a 5-minute walk away. The location is also excellent, close to the city by car while still being quiet and relaxing. We were lucky to meet the host, Francesca, who is a wonderful person. She welcomed us warmly, explained all the amenities in detail, and gave us great tips and recommendations for our stay. She also speaks English well, which made communication easy. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, highly recommended.
