The hotel is right in the middle of the hotel area and beach bar area. Our hosts were very helpful with finding the hotel and helping us with anything we needed. It felt very safe and secure with a 24hr doorman. There is a club which stays open till late with very loud music but with a set of earplugs we slept soundly. For a reasonably priced room in Tulum so you can experience all the beach clubs have to offer we would definitely recommend this place to stay!!! Room was lovely and big and clean with brilliant air con and a lovely, huge shower. we would definitely return!

The place is lovely, the staff are even lovelier. It’s not perfect, but it has an amazing atmosphere, and we really enjoyed it.

This penthouse is a gem! Superb location in the middle of the jungle. We recommend to hire a car to get to, we didn't have and hopefully Vacation in Tulum could provide us scooter for our stay!

Everything was great! The hostel had a very welcoming vibe and all the volunteers were so kind, especially Aubree! Even though there weren't any scheduled activities, we were out every second day and got invited by the volunteers. Everything was very clean and you just felt at home.

The hostal is beautiful and original in its concept and design. We particularly loved the garden planting and the tubes were very comfortable to sleep in. Hot showers, friendly residents, bike hire and a very good location but the best feature is Richard and his partner who run the hostel. Richard is a sound guy who gave us great tips for trips and for life in general! He helped in all aspects of our stay and is such a positive person.

Tunich is located on the Jungle Side of the Beach Road in the Hotel Zone in Tulum. The Cabanas are directly across the street from a free public entrance to the beach.

The breakfast is one of the best parts of the stay and makes for a great to the start of the day. The staff is super nice too!
