I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved my room, it was pleasant, spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is very good, not far from Skardu airport. Staff are very friendly. Ameer and his family made me feel at home. They were always very kind and helpful, they would go out of their way to help. Whenever I required transport Ameer would help, advise and arrange. I was picked from and dropped off to Skardu airport. The breakfast was served whenever I asked and was delicious.

The best guesthouse in Skardu! The location is quiet and beautiful, the rooms are spacious, very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was great and the value for money is unbeatable. I want to thank Danish for being a very kind and excellent host. With the price I paid, the servcies were exceptional, specially the fresh breakfast. It is located not far from the center and within local villages.

The service provided by the host was truly exceptional and he looked after me and my family very well. Arsalan is truly one of a kind. Hot water, towels and toiletries were provided at all times, daily. Shops, restaurants, banks, all facilities were within walking distance, Great location. Recommend this hotel to everyone.
