The room was spacious and comfortable, and I could relax while looking at the widespread greenery outside the window. Load shedding in South Africa is one of the anxieties of most foreign travelers, but in that situation, I could enjoy the beautiful starry sky from the large balcony instead. The hotel was located in a safe area in Stellenbosch. The owner was super friendly and gave me helpful travel bits of advice. Everything perfect!

We were given a room upgrade which was very thoughtful. The room was big and clean. There was coffee, homemade cookies and a bottle of wine was offered upon arrival. We were pleased with the personal greeting from the manager. The check-in was easy. The whole staff was always very helpful. We had a great stay and would come back again!

Lovely stay at Baruch Guesthouse. Only spent a night but it was great to have a direct access from the room to the pool, with small dedicated patio for each room. Staff was also very helpful.
