We only stayed for one night at the end of our vacation to visit Durres also, but we wish we stayed the whole time there! The place is like a home of yours,the garden is really beautiful and the whole place is very well kept by the owners who are absolutely nice, helpful and very kind and lovely! You have towels, comfortable beds, kitchen, soap, fresh air, it s very quiet at night, you will sleep very very good. If you are thinking of coming here, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

It stays within family for generations and you can really see his dedication to the place. Room was very cosy with a spectacular view, clean and well equipped. Aldo was always available and gave recommendations for everything we needed in town. His dad Luan was really helpful and so kind to us. Definitely this is the place! Also they have a private parking spot for guests.

The hosts are super helpful. Location: quiet, yet only a 5–10 minute walk to the bazaar and Krujë Castle. Room: spacious and spotless, with very comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is fantastic. Breakfast is plentiful and absolutely delicious. It was the best stay of our trip in Albania, and the breakfast was the most delicious we had. If I could, I would give it 12 points! 😊

The house is beautiful, very clean, and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We especially loved the peaceful balcony and the lovely garden that such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the house owner. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything about the town, gave us great tips, and even offered help with various things during our stay. His warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home.

We practically liked everything. Bamir the host was super helpful. The house has a secure parking which is a big bonus. The room we took (for 3 ) was specious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Location great. Walking distance to the bazaar and the castle. Really recommend this place

This family owned hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to its friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The area around the hotel is peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day at the beach or city. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and offered a sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for a refreshing dip. One of the highlights of our stay was the interaction with the family who owns the hotel. They were incredibly easy to talk to. Breakfast was another great experience, it wasn't a buffet, but a freshly cooked meal served right at our table, and they were always attentive to our needs, asking if we wanted anything else. The hotel's bar was a convenient feature, allowing us to order drinks whenever we wanted. I also appreciated that the area was exclusive to guests, providing a private and serene environment. Overall, Vila 11 was a fantastic place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.
