It's new but seems to be constructed with solid, quality materials, so I expect that it will age well. The bunks are super solid, and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. I really liked the decor and ambiance.

The place really feels like a home. Is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. They are not bunks, so it all feels very nice. I would definitely recommend. Just 30 meters away you can find a bakery and a parrilla. The buses stop 10m away from the house, so you can reach the center no problem and still have a more secluded feel.

They were very cheerful, warm and helpful, and I felt like I had family in Ushuaia. They were very helpful in giving advice on what to do in Ushuaia, and telling me about restaurants, places to go, and how to get there. I also ordered breakfast and dinner, and both were very delicious. The room and bathroom are always very clean and comfortable. It's on a hill a little away from the main street, but you can get there in about 5-10 minutes by taxi, and it's in a great location with a panoramic view of the city. I stayed for 3 nights, but I was so impressed by the wonderful home, the family, and the beautiful city that I wanted to stay longer. It's worth more than just a stay.
