Set in the historic centre of Traunkirchen, at the shore of the Traunsee lake, Apartments im LOIDLs GUESTHOUSE offers a garden and free WiFi. Private on-site parking is available at a surcharge. The house consists of multiple apartments of different sizes. We were on the lower level, and in spite of concerns it would be cold during our winter stay it was very warm. In fact, the apartment is heated from floors, which means your feet stay warm too. Besides that… Kitchen is well equipped. Apartment is very clean and modern. Bathroom has new and high quality faucets. Traunkirchen is a very beautiful destination with a dozen of trails for hiking. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately, we broke some glasses because it was a big company, but this was resolved in a very reputable manner. We would come back again!

It is accessable with public transport (bus stops in front of the guesthouse). Also, convenient to visit Hallstatt (5 min by bus). The restaurant has a great chef and food was delicious 😋. I enjoyed my breakfast with a beautiful view of Alpes. The room was a fairytale looking, spacious with a comfort beyond imagination. The view from my room was breathtaking. Also, would like to thank hosts for such an amazing hospoitaltiy. It was amazing to stay there!
